About Us

Our team of animal enthusiasts is dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation services for our four-legged customers.

At My Pet Cab, we’re passionate about pets and serious about their safety, so our drivers go through extensive TSA background checks and are trained as expert pet handlers.

We’re part of the Global Pet Alliance, a network of pet transportation services that has been connecting people with their pets since 1984. We have regional directors in each our domestic hubs, some with more than 20 years of experience as FedEx directors – so they know all about making safe deliveries!

For you, My Pet Cab offers peace of mind by hiring only the best drivers and by working with licensed veterinarians who are on-call for the duration of your pet’s trip. For your pets, we offer a comfortable and enjoyable ride, with comfort stops along the way and safe overnight stays.

USDA-certified for pet transport with TSA driver background checks.

Relationships with veterinary clinics across the U.S. plus 24/7 on-call vet access.

Interior and exterior monitoring cameras plus dual A/C temperature control.

24/7 dispatch team available to ensure your pet arrives on time no matter what.

Brett Furlong

CEO & Founder

Brett Furlong is passionate about raising the bar in pet transportation through the multiple companies he leads. Brett has traveled extensively doing humanitarian work in Africa, Asia, South America, and throughout the US and during this travel, he saw how pets were traveling and thought it could be done better. After living, traveling, and working for 2 1/2 years in an RV with his family and two dogs, he developed My Pet Cab to solve the transportation problem of how pets can travel in the US in the same comfort he enjoyed. Brett brought together leaders in pet handling and transportation and developed My Pet Cab to be the premier ground transport company dedicated 100% to pets.

Regional Manager

Elaine began her career as a Peace Corps volunteer in South America, returning to explore work in the legal and corporate worlds, including a long tenure with Kraft Foods.  She joins My Pet Cab after discovering the pet transportation industry and enjoying many years working for a Chicago-based pet transport company.  At the age of three, she was lucky enough to adopt her first puppy, a rescue Sheepdog mix who was her faithful companion for 18 years.  Today, her furry friend is Sage, an 8 year old black lab whose persistence ensures both get their “steps” in every day!

Probably a golden retriever as they are fun, a little sassy, and very loyal to their people!
